This will prompt your customers to provide all the information you need and your team will receive an e-mail in a standard, easy to read format.

How can I create profiles on a new system without having to type them in?

If you're installing a new system e.g. a new voicemail system you'll need to create new user profiles, but you won't want them re-typed because that is labour intensive and prone to error. Neither is it a simple matter to export from the old system and import them to the new.
